Payment & Cancellation

A 50% deposit confirms a reservation, with the balance falling due 60 days before travel.

No refunds for cancellations can be made during this 60-day period. Outside of this period,
(i.e. 61 days plus) refunds will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. Extra guests in any room are by prior arrangement and will incur a surcharge of US$30.00 per night.

Rates are for a 7 days and 7 nights period and include Airport transfers.

All reservations are payable by Direct transfer, money order, bank cheque, or certified cheque. Please note our rates are subject to change without notice.


Staff Tips

Recommended gratuities are 10-15% of the Villa rental. These percentages apply to the entire complement of staff and not to each staff member. There will be a gratuity guide at house.
